Select a small piece of shiny red satin.
Tie a string to a pencil and mark off a circle cape twice the length you want for your cat.
Cut out the circle.
Fold the circle in quarters and cut out a neck hole which is just right for your cat.
Unfold the cape and pay it flat.
Cut a slit from the edge of the circle to the neckline.
Hem all edges of your cape. You can use glue though (but not hot glue as synthetic fabrics tend to melt).
Glue or sew a shiny piece of red ribbon to the neckline.
Next, make a set of horns by cutting out four pieces of horn-shaped felt.
Sew on some optional sequins.
Place the sequined sides facing one another and sew the pieces together, leaving the bottom open.
Turn inside out and stuff with cotton or acrylic.
Sew this onto an elastic headband which is large enough to fit your cat’s head, but still snug.
